Mohamed al-Toukhy, vice president of Ain Shams University, said the improvised explosive devices that were found on campus had no detonators.
“They are placed to intimidate, not explode,” he told MBC Misr on Wednesday. “The proof is that they are not hidden and we find them easily.”
