Hundreds of Egyptians living in Libya protested alongside various Libyan political parties in front of the Egyptian Embassy in Tripoli to demand the extradition of Ahmed Qadhaf al-Dam, the former coordinator of Egypt-Libya relations under Muammar Qadhafi.
Protesters raised banners demanding that Dam, along with other officials from the former regime being held in Egypt, be extradited to stand trial in Libya on various charges.
A similar protest was also staged in the Al-Shohadaa neighborhood of Tripoli.
