Cairo and the Delta are expected to be hot and humid on Thursday, with temperatures around 34 degrees centigrade in the capital. Northern coasts, however, will be relatively mild, with Alexandria at just 31 degrees.
Upper Egypt will continue to be hot, with Qena 39 degrees, Luxor at 40 and Aswan at 41.
Visibility will be reduced in the morning due to mist along the northern coasts, in the Delta region, Cairo and canal provinces.
Low-level cloud will be seen along northern coasts, accompanied by a northwesterly wind.
The same northwesterlies will produce waves of 1.5 to 2 meters on both the Red Sea and the Mediterranean.
