Medical Director for the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation Wael Abdel Aal said that the foundation would establish a new branch in the New Administrative Capital in cooperation with the Egyptian government.
Abdel Aal added during an interview with “al-Hekaya” program on MBC channel on Sunday that the government has showed its intention to serve the project.
Professor of Cardiology Magdi Yacoub wished the new branch would be established within one year to serve heart patients without paying charges.
Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation established the Aswan Heart Center (AHC) in 2009 to combat heart disease in Egypt and make available state-of-the-art facilities, resources, research and scientific methods to provide heart patients with the highest standards of care.
