An IS branch dubbing itself "Sinai State" hacked Nogoum FM radio's official Twitter account early Wednesday morning.
The group published photos, videos and tweets for the organization.
Sinai State called for Egyptians to adopt jihad, also publishing the biography of the organization's leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdady.
The group commented on a photo of toppled President Mohamed Morsi saying: "Egyptians are our people and the crowns of our heads. You tried the Muslim Brotherhood, what have you got except humiliation and degradation? Your glory is not in anything except jihad."
