The US-based Alliance of Egyptian Americans (AEA) has expressed the readiness of its member physicians to collaborate with their Egyptian counterparts in treating persons injured during recent weeks of unrest. The alliance also said it would cover the physicians' travel expenses and the cost of providing care.
Sabri al-Baga, AEA spokesman, told Al-Masry Al-Youm that the alliance welcomes anyone helping with patient care to contact them and provide information about medical needs, especially concerning critical cases.
