Egypt’s Automatic Pricing Committee for Petroleum Products has moved to increase the prices of all types of gasoline.
The decision comes as part of the quarterly review of fuel prices, implemented in practice starting this Friday.
New gasoline prices
- 80-octane gasoline: 10 Egyptian pounds per liter.
- 92-octane gasoline: 11.5 Egyptian pounds per liter.
- 95-octane gasoline: 12.5 Egyptian pounds per liter.
Old gasoline prices
- 80-octane gasoline: 8.75 Egyptian pounds per liter.
- 92-octane gasoline: 10.25 Egyptian pounds per liter.
- 95-octane gasoline: 11.5 Egyptian pounds per liter.
