Agriculture Minister Adel al-Beltagy said on Wednesday that Egypt lost 150,000 acres to illegal in the three years that followed the 25 January revolution.
This came at a press conference to present the minister’s plan to develop agriculture.
He said he will turn the Delta into a protected natural reserve and will toughen encroachments on it.
