The Supreme Administrative Court on Wednesday accepted an appeal submitted by the Egypt Arabism Democratic Party, founded by Former Chief of Staff Sami Anan, challenging the decision of the Party Affairs Committee to reject its establishment.
It also accepted another appeal by the 30 June Party, but rejected that of the Arab Popular Movement Party, founded by the Tamarod Movement.
The committee had rejected the parties due to violations of the bylaws.
