The Health Ministry said the malaria cases in Aswan went up to 15 patients, of which two have improved and were released from the Edfu Fever Hospital, while the remaining 13 cases are receiving treatment and are in stable a condition.
The ministry said in a statement on Monday that 617 people from the villages of Adwa and Sheikh Mostafa were examined on Sunday, and that the rest of the villagers would be examined by Tuesday.
