Yields on Egypt's 3-year and 7-year bonds fell at an auction on Sunday, data from the central bank showed.
The yield on the 3-year bond dropped to 12.400 percent from 12.965 percent in the previous auction and the yield on the 7-year bond fell to 14.300 percent from 14.572 percent.
The auction was held a day earlier than it was initially scheduled on January 25, which is a national holiday.
The result for Egypt's zero coupon 1.5-year bond auction, also due on Sunday, has not been announced with the other bonds as is customary and no explanation was given.
