
Meteorologists expect a relatively stable weather on Thursday although temperatures would remain low. A cold weather is predicted during the daylight hours and a very cold weather at night that would reach frost in central Sinai and north Upper Egypt.
Fog will affect visibility in Lower Egypt, Cairo, the Suez Canal cities and north Upper Egypt. Low- and medium-level clouds are expected in the north, accompanied by light rain along the north coast.
Winds will be mostly northwesterly and moderate in strength. They will be active in the Red and Mediterranean seas, disrupting navigation.
Waves will range between 3 to 4 meters in height in the Mediterranean Sea and between 2.5 to 3 meters in height in the Red Sea, with northwesterly wind in both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted: in Cairo, 16C, in Alexandria: 16C, in Qena: 18C, in Sharm el-Sheikh: 19C, in Luxor: 18C and in Aswan: 19C.
