The Egyptian Metrological Authority predicts warm weather to prevail on the northern and eastern coasts, with warmer temperatures in Lower Egypt, Cairo, and north Upper Egypt on Saturday.
It will be very hot in southern Upper Egypt in daylight hours and cold at night.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning on the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, Cairo and the Suez Canal cities.
Low and medium-level cloud cover is expected in the country’s northern parts.
Winds are mostly northeasterly and moderate in strength.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters high, with northeasterly surface winds.
In the Red Sea waves will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters high with northwesterly surface winds.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows: 27C in Cairo, 23C in Alexandria, 30C in Qena, 31C in Luxor, and 34C in Aswan.
