Meteorologists anticipate warm temperatures in Cairo and Lower Egypt on Friday, with moderately warm weather predicted along the northwestern coasts and in central Sinai during the daytime as well.
Mild weather is expected for the northwestern coasts, with moderately hot temperatures predicted in South Sinai, along the Red Sea mountains and in northern Upper Egypt.
Southern Upper Egypt should see hot weather on Friday, with temperatures across the country expected to grow much colder by nightfall.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 21C in Alexandria, 25C in Cairo, and 28C in Qena, Luxor, and Aswan.
Fog and light rain is expected on Friday morning along the northern coasts and in central sinai, which may reduce visibility on the roads.
In Greater Cairo, meteorologists expect fog and dust as well.
Winds will be moderate across the country.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate, ranging between 1.4 and 1.5 meters in height with southwestern to northwestern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.3 and 1.8 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
