Very hot weather to prevail on Saturday

Meteorologists predict very hot weather across Egypt on Saturday, with slightly cooler temperatures along the north coast.
 
Impurities in the air will affect visibility in the north, with a southeasterly wind in post places, ranging in strength between light and moderate.
 
The Mediterranean Sea is expected to see a northeasterly surface wind, with waves of between 1 and 1.5 meters.
 
Wave heights on the Red Sea will range from 1.5 to 2 meters, with a northwesterly surface wind.
 
Maximum temperatures expected on Saturday are as follows:
 
Cairo: 43C
Alexandria: 36C
Luxor: 46C
Aswan: 46C
Sharm el-Sheikh: 41C
 
Very hot weather prevailed over the past two days in Cairo, prompting the Meteorological Authority to warn of sunstroke.

Citizens resorted to fresh juice shops to keep hydrated, while many used umbrellas to keep the sun off as they walked.
