Meteorologists predict temperatures to increase further across Egypt on Thursday, with very weather predicted for Cairo and most parts of Egypt and hot weather on northern coasts during the daytime.
The weather will grow milder at night across the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 31C in Alexandria, 40C in Cairo, 41C in Qena and 43C in Luxor and Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning for the northern parts of the country, with low and medium-level clouds anticipated.
Winds will be mostly southeastern and moderate, active on the northwestern coasts.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate and range between one to 1.5 meters in height with northwestern surface winds, and waves in the Red Sea will be low and range between 0.5 to one meter in height, with southwestern surface winds.
