Meteorologists predict very hot and humid weather on Monday during the day over Greater Cairo, and the Delta governorates, South Sinai and Upper Egypt, with moderately hot and humid weather on the northern coasts.
The weather will be moderate and humid at night over all parts of the country.
Increased humidity will exacerbate the hot weather by three to five degrees throughout the day.

Active winds are expected on Greater Cairo and the northwestern coasts. Mists are expected in the morning on some roads leading to Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the northern coasts.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between one and 1.75 meters in height with northwestern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough, ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
