Active winds will blow up sands and dust in western Egypt, and southern Upper Egypt.
There is a 30 percent chance for light to medium rainfall in some areas of southern Upper Egypt.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to rough, ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height with northeastern to southeastern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between one and 1.5 meters in height with southwestern to northeastern surface winds.
