Fox News reported on Saturday that the US is preparing to send a third carrier strike group to the Middle East, led by the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush.
The American channel explained that the third carrier strike group is preparing to cross the Atlantic Ocean and join military operations directed against Iran.
The US Navy announced that the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush completed its deployment training exercises on Thursday.
The US Naval Institute noted that the carrier, its accompanying ships, and its air wing completed the Combined Task Force training exercise, a mandatory exercise for all carrier strike groups to receive their National Commissioning Certificate.
The aircraft carriers USS Abraham Lincoln and USS Gerald R. Ford are currently engaged in combat operations against Iran.
