US romantic-drama film ‘It Ends With Us’ tops foreign cinema box office in Egypt

The American romantic-drama movie It Ends With Us topped the foreign cinema box office in Egypt, on Friday, and earned about LE 412,000, outperforming 17 foreign films.

The total revenues of It Ends With Us reached LE12.1 million, after about 24 nights of screening in Egypt.

Directed by Justin Baldoni, the film tells the story of Lily Bloom (Blake Lively), a young woman haunted by her painful childhood who relocates to Boston for a fresh start, hoping to open up her own business and move on from the past.

When charming neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid (Justin Baldoni) enters her life, it seems as if Lily has found the right man for her – until the cracks start showing. Complicating matters even further, her first boyfriend Atlas Corrigan (Brandon Sklenar) steps back into the picture.

The film is an adaption of the best-selling book of the same title by Colleen Hoover.
