The Cairo Court of Urgent Matters declined on Monday to assume jurisdiction in a lawsuit demanding the disbandment of the Ultras footbal fan group and the banning of their activities.
The lawsuit was filed by lawyer Ashraf Farhat, who accused the Ultras of staging riots inside and outside stadiums and of burning the Football Federation and the Police Officers Club.
