Prime minister Ibrahim Mehleb has decided Thursday to reshuffle eight ministries including ministries of interior, tourism and culture, senior sources told Egypt independent.
Egypt’s President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi has also dismissed Interior Minister Mohammed Ibrahim, to be replaced by General Magdy Abdel Ghaffar, Sky News reports. Abdel Ghafar has been working as head of national security sector from July 2011 untill October 2012, then he was retired after turning 60.
The sources confirmed that Mehleb will take over the prime minister deputy post.
