Egyptian authorities in North Sinai continued to bring aid trucks into the Gaza Strip, with Saturday seeing 196 trucks of humanitarian aid and fuel enter the strip through the Rafah land crossing and Karem Abu Salem gates.
An official source in North Sinai specified that 68 trucks entered from the Rafah land crossing, while 128 trucks from the Karem Abu Salem crossing south of the city of Rafah.
According to the source, the trucks that entered Gaza Strip through the Rafah land crossing gate included eight fuel trucks, four diesel trucks, four special cooking gas trucks, and 60 various aid trucks, 21 food trucks, 20 drinking water trucks, five clothes trucks, two blankets trucks, two tent trucks, five flour trucks, and five meals trucks.
The source indicated that 128 trucks were entered through the Karem Abu Salem crossing gate, including 72 aid trucks and 56 private sector trucks.
The aid trucks consisted of 32 food items, a medicine truck, and a hygiene materials truck, he added.
