Two unidentified armed men robbed at dawn on Saturday the headquarters of Mobinil Company in Mohandiseen, seized a closed safe and assaulted security personnel before they escaped.
The perpetrators seized money and a number of mobile devices, investigations revealed, and the assault left bruises on the security personnel charged with guarding the branch.
The two unidentified men. who were on a motorcycle, were reportedly carrying an automatic rifle when they snuck into the company's branch. An alarm was activated automatically once they entered the building, notifying security, who were unable to stop the assailants.
The prosecutor asked for the detectives' investigations and to use the surveillance cameras to identify perpetrators.
