Media figure Saif Zaher announced a surprise reveal of Egyptian footballer Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet joining the first football team of Al-Ahly Sporting Club, starting next season.
Zaher said in an interview with the “On Time Sports” channel: “The deal for Trezeguet to join Al-Ahly exceeds LE 500 million. I talked about the Trezeguet deal a long time ago, and I knew that he would be with Al-Ahly in the upcoming World Cup.”
He added: “The Turkish Trabzonspor club will receive US$ 3.5 million, and the player will receive US$ 1.1 million in his first season with Al-Ahly, US$ 1.2 million in the second season, and US$ 1.3 million and US$ 1.4 in the third season.”
