Transport Ministry calls on businessmen to invest in logistics

The Ministry of Transport, represented by the General Authority for Land and Dry Ports (GALDP), has called on investors, businessmen, exporters and producers to invest in the

fields of dry ports and logistics zones in Egypt.

In a statement issued Saturday 29/3/2025, the ministry highlighted the great growth currently made by Egypt in these domains that contribute to serving trade, cutting time and cost of commodities transport, limiting negative environmental impacts and improving customs clearance.

The ministry also urged investors to proceed with investment procedures at the GALDP’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to change Egypt into a regional transport and logistics hub and upgrade transport system nationwide.
