Trade Ministry orders formation of Egyptian-Chinese Business Council

Trade and Industry Minister Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour has decided to form the Egyptian part of the Egyptian-Chinese Business Council, headed by Ahmed al-Seweidy.
 
According to the decision issued on Monday, the head of the Egyptian side should submit a biannual report to the minister on efforts and activities made as well as proposals and plans to develop the bilateral interests.
 
Egyptian authorities in question, as well as embassies abroad and trade offices should cooperate with the council in duties and provide it with data related to its work, the decision ordered.
 
During the first meeting of the council, Abdel Nour will review plans to develop joint Egyptian-Chinese economic ties.
