Tom Hanks confirms ‘Toy Story 4’ recording begun

In an interview on the UK talk show "The Graham Norton Show", Tom Hanks revealed details about the next instalment in the "Toy Story" franchise.

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that "Toy Story 4" would focus around the love story between Woody (voiced by Hanks) and girlfriend Bo Peep.

The movie, originally set to hit theatres in summer 2017, has been pushed back to June 15, 2018 in the US.

In the interview, Hanks said, "We're now recording Toy Story 4… it will be out in 2018, so it takes a long time" and later goes on to specify that he has a recording session confirmed for December 2.

"Toy Story 4" has been written by Rashida Jones and Will McCormack, and is directed by John Lasseter.
