Three Egyptians were injured, and four others were kidnapped during armed confrontations which broke out Thursday between three tribes in the Baloza region of Sinai.
Eyewitnesses in the village of Baloza said that masked gunmen opened fire at random on the village, and that gunmen from Baloza fired back.
Three people, from both sides, were injured in the confrontation.
Witnesses added that four individuals were kidnapped because of financial dispute between the al-Teaha and al-Ahewat tribes on one side, and the tribe from Baloza on the other.
