Meteorologists predict a slight decrease in temperatures on Monday.
Hot and humid weather is expected in Cairo and the Delta governorates, with slightly cooler weather along the north coast, and very hot weather in South Sinai and Upper Egypt. The weather will cool by nightfall over most parts of the country to moderate levels.
The increase in humidity will exacerbate the feeling of hot weather by two to four degrees.

Hurghada: 41C
Sharm el-Sheikh: 42C
Qena: 43C
Aswan and Luxor: 44C
Active winds are expected in Greater Cairo, the northwestern coasts and South Sinai.
Chances for light rainfall (30 percent) are expected on the far south of the country (Halayeb, Shalateen, and Abu Simble).
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height with northeastern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough, ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
