President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s visit to Damietta governorate has been postponed for security reasons, said Food Supply and Domestic Trade Minister Khaled Hanafy.
The visit was scheduled for Monday to place the cornerstone of the global logistics centre for grains.
Speaking to Al-Masry Al-Youm on Sunday, Hanafy said another date will for the visit will be scheduled later after Sisi returns back from his visit to China slated this month.
