President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi ordered on Sunday offering the outgoing interim President Adly Mansour the Order of the Nile, Egypt’s highest state honor, for his historical role in leading the transitional period.
Sisi declared his first presidential decision during his inauguration ceremony, which took place at Qubba palace.
