President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi issued on Tuesday 2/4/2023 presidential decree no. 103 of 2024.
The decree’s first article revoked decree no. 343 of 2023 on appointing Mostafa Ibrahim Mansour, minister plenipotentiary at the Foreign Ministry as the extraordinary delegate and minister plenipotentiary holding the title of Egyptian ambassador to Eritrea.
The second article of the decree stipulated appointing Mohamed Hatem al-Atawy as extraordinary delegate and ambassador plenipotentiary to Eritrea.
The decision was published in the official gazette.
