President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has congratulated his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on his re-election, Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy said in a statement Sunday.
Erdogan seems set for a narrow victory against Kemal Kilicdaroglu in the presidential runoff, according to unofficial vote counts.
