Sisi asks Beni Suef citizens to observe a minute of silence in memory of storm victims in Libya

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi opened Saturday via videoconferencing a number of development projects in Beni Suef Governorate.

Sisi asked the citizens of Beni Suef to observe a minute of silence in memory of the victims of Daniel Storm, which hit some parts of eastern Libya last week.

Earlier today, Sisi embarked on a visit to the Upper Egyptian governorate to follow up on citizens’ living conditions as well as the progress made in the projects pursued under the “Decent Life” rural development initiative.

Sisi accepted to an invitation by a woman who asked the president to visit her house in Sodos el Omaraa village of Beni Suef.

Sisi met the lady’s family members and had a fatherly conversation with them to check on their living conditions.
