The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Sunday that dozens of Palestinians have been killed in several massacres committed by the Israeli occupation army.
The raids continued for a full hour, with most of the victims being children and women.
The al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital received dozens of victims as well as the al-Shifa Medical Complex, the surroundings of which also witnessed Israeli bombing.
The Gaza government said in a statement that “The occupation army has begun implementing its menace against hospitals in the Gaza Strip, and that all Israeli raids in recent hours have targeted the vicinity of Gaza hospitals.”
The statement added: “We place the responsibility of protecting hospitals, especially al-Shifa, on the shoulders of international bodies, including the United Nations. The occupation has adopted falsification and broadcasting fabricated images to promote its claims regarding Gaza’s hospitals.”
The Palestinian Red Crescent announced that it had “lost contact with all its teams working in Gaza.”
International media confirmed that there were casualties and wounded survivors from heavy Israeli raids that targeted the Beach Camp, west of Gaza City, and Israeli bombing that targeted a house in the Jabalia Camp, north of the Gaza Strip.
