Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry had a session of talks on Sunday March 24 with United Nations (UN) Secretary General António Guterres at the Foreign Ministry Headquarters in the new Administrative Capital.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ahmed Abu Zeid said in a tweet on X that Egypt appreciates UN efforts to end the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip, its renewed call for an immediate ceasefire and the importance of ending the humanitarian tragedy of the Palestinian people.
