Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry extended his heartfelt condolences to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran over the tragic death of President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in a horrific plane crash.
Shoukry added, “May God have mercy on the deceased and their companions, and grant their families and the brotherly Iranian people patience and solace.”
