Saudi Arabia and Egypt sign mutual visa waiver agreement for specific passport holders

Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Badr Abdelatty, Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates, signed a landmark diplomatic agreement in Riyadh.

The agreement establishes a mutual exemption from short-stay visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports from both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

This signing is part of the ongoing effort to strengthen the distinguished bilateral relations between the two brotherly nations.

Officials noted that the move is expected to streamline high-level diplomatic coordination and further support the framework of joint strategic cooperation between Riyadh and Cairo.
