Meteorologists expect hot weather throughout Egypt on Saturday, particularly in Upper Egypt.
Maximum temperatures predicted are 35C in Cairo, 30C in Alexandria, 39C in Qena, 40C in Luxor and just slightly hotter in Aswan at 41C.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning in the north and low and medium level clouds are predicted along the north coast.
Wind will be mostly northwesterly, ranging in strength between light to moderate. It will be active in the Gulf of Suez possibly disrupting navigation.
Wave heights will range between 1.5 to 2 meters high in the Mediterranean Sea, and between 2 to 2.5 meters high in the Red Sea. Surface wind will be northwesterly in both seas.
