Red Sea governor Major General Ahmed Abdullah has met with several Russian investors who are looking to invest in tourism by designing inverted houses in Hurghada.
Several proposals were submitted to attract tourists and promote Russian tourism in particular.
The upside-down houses are considered international tourist attractions around the world. They exist in several countries, such as Japan, the US and Poland.
