Rough weather expected for Wednesday, Cairo: 35C

Meteorologists expect rough weather across the country on Wednesday. Moderate weather is expected over the northern coasts.

Hot weather will dominate Lower Egypt and Cairo while hotter weather is predicted across south during the daylight.

Cold weather will dominate the country overnight.

Southeasterly winds will be active across the country and disturb sands and dusts in most of Egypt. Winds will be active on the Red and Mediterranean Sea and Suez Gulf, disrupting maritime navigation.

Waves in the Mediterranean will be rough and range between 4.5 to 5 meters with southwesterly surface winds. Waves in the Red Sea will be mild and range between 3.5 to 4 meters with southeasterly surface winds.

Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows: 35C in Cairo, 27C in Alexandria, 39C in Qena, 39C in Luxor, and 40C in Aswan.
