Ramez Galal’s prank program to broadcast during iftar on Tuesday

Viewers are eagerly awaiting the launch of Ramez Galal’s 2021 Ramadan prank program, which broadcasts immediately after iftar at 6:30 pm Cairo time and 7:30 pm Mecca time.

For years, the program has been associated with MBC Masr, where it continues to be aired after iftar every year.

Galal finished filming the episodes for his program “Ramez Aa’lo Tar” (Ramez Lost His Mind) in Saudi Arabia and returned to Egypt at the end of March. Galal has reportedly filmed episodes at an amusement park in Riyadh, with guest stars and celebrities.

The show’s promo, which was released on Sunday, revealed the most prominent guests this year, most notably Mohamed Heneidy, Dina al-Sherbiny, Reham Haggag, Sumaya al-Khashab, Wizzo, Hamo Beka, and football players Mohamed Magdy Qafsha, Gennesh, Marwan Mohsen, Ashraf Bin Sharqy, and Ferjani Sassi.

The promo showed the stars jumping from up high into a large swimming pool.

Heneidy commented on the promo as soon as it was launched, and he published his picture while jumping from the top of a plane, saying: “You can make me Superman, not Heneidy.”

Galal has presented many prank programs that were subject to criticism over the years, including: “Ramez Qalb al-Asad” (Ramez the Lion’s Heart), “Ramez Taalab al-Saharaa” (Ramez the Desert Fox), “Ramez Ankh Amun,” “Ramez Beyelaab bel Nar” (Ramez Plays with Fire), “Ramez Taht al-Sefr” (Ramez Subzero), and “Ramez fel Shallal” (Ramez in the Waterfall), and “Ramez Qersh al-Bahr” (Ramez the Sea Shark).
