Egypt’s meteorologists expect dense mist reaching fog level on Monday morning across several parts of Egypt, affecting visibility on roads.
However weather will be generally moderate on northern parts until northern Upper Egypt, hotter on southern Upper Egypt during the daytime, and growing colder by night.
Maximum temperatures expected for the following cities are 26C in Alexandria, 27C in Cairo, 29C in Qena and Luxor, and 30C in Aswan.
Low and medium-level clouds are anticipated on the northern parts of the country, accompanied by light rainfall across the northern coasts. Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate and will range between 1.5 and two meters in height, with northwestern surface winds on both seas.
