Qatari royal family member resigns from Castle Financial Group

Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Suhaim, a Qatari citizen who belongs to the ruling family in Qatar, has resigned from his post as a member of the non-executive board of the Castle Financial Group, the group announced.
 
The board of directors, chaired by Ahmed Heikal, approved changes to the board in light of Suhaim's resignation. These changes include the approval of a request by Emirates International Investment Company, a strategic shareholder and owner of 10 percent of the Castle Financial Group, to appoint Ragheed Naguib Shanty and Robert Wedgiz to the board of directors.
