The South Cairo Public Prosecution issued summons on Tuesday for 90 people injured in the Moqattam clashes near the Muslim Brotherhood headquarters Friday.
Prosecutors visited 18 of the injured in al-Khalifa Hospital. According to reports, some accused Brotherhood members of assaulting them.
The prosecution also summoned five activists accused of inciting the violence that led to over 200 people being injured.
Meanwhile, six others have been detained for 15 days pending investigations. They are charged with possessing arms and using birdshot against the police, injuring two Central Security Force officers.
