Demonstrators raised banners against the law and photos for revolutinaries detained for breaking the law. They also shouted slogans against the law.
Several political parties and groups earlier called for protesting against the law and to demand release of the detainees.
The law, which was issued in November, was highly denounced by rigts groups.
