The finance and commercial affairs prosecution summoned the Consumer Protection Agency's officials, and the Citizens Against Price Hikes' Association officials, on Thursday, to listen to their testimony in the claims they filed against the three mobile operators in Egypt.
The officials filed a claim accusing mobile operators of imposing mandatory taxes on customers under “stamp tax.”
The officials called for reclaiming the money from the companies, and to halt the illegal measure.
The Citizens Against Price Hikes Association called for the need to address the unfair policies of the three mobile operators which violated the law.
