The Administrative Court has referred a legal request to state commissioners for a full gag order on media for cases of incest.
The legal proceedings were filed against the prime minister in his legal capacity. It claimed that covering such cases in the media violates the morals of society and of the poor, encourages immoral behavior and offends children.
