President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi signed law no. 161 of 2024, under which the Egyptian Dutch Stevedoring Services Company (EDSCO) will be tasked with building and developing the superstructure of an integrated logistics station at Alexandria Port.
EDSCO will be obliged to implement the project in 30 years, starting on the date of land acquisition.
The law was published in the official gazette.
